Questions about pricing

Is the Free plan limited in time?

No. Free has no end date and asks for no card: sign in with GitHub, install a plugin, and your time is tracked. It shows the last 30 days of history.
All integrations

Do prices include VAT?

Yes: €4 a month or €40 a year, VAT included, paid through Stripe. A business with a valid EU VAT number enters it at checkout and is charged under the reverse-charge mechanism, at 0% VAT. Outside the EU, the price may vary with local tax rules.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from Settings. Pro renews automatically until you cancel, and stays on until the end of the period you paid for. As a consumer, you can also withdraw within 14 days of subscribing and get a full refund.

What happens to my history if I go back to Free?

Nothing is deleted when Pro ends. Free shows the last 30 days, and the rest comes back if you subscribe again. Detailed activity is kept 6 months on Free and 12 months on Pro, then reduced to daily totals.

How do teams pay?

Per member, at the Pro price. The team's owner can cover every seat, or each member keeps their own subscription; nobody pays twice. Creating a team costs nothing.
How teams work

Can I get Pro without paying?

Invite a developer with your link from Settings → Subscription. When they sign up with it and their first activity arrives, you both get one month of Pro. Invite more people to bank up to 12 months ahead.
