Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-26
1. Provider
The Inlinr service ("the Service") is operated by Thibault Fayard (Entrepreneur individuel (régime de la micro-entreprise)), registered under SIREN 949130231, EU VAT number FR34949130231, with its registered address at 24 avenue Monnot, 71100 Chalon-sur-Saône, France. Contact: contact@inlinr.com.
2. Description of the Service
Inlinr is a SaaS time-tracking platform for software developers: automatic activity tracking via IDE plugins, AI-tool attribution (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.), manual time entries, client reports, printable invoices, and data export.
3. Acceptance of these terms
Subscribing to the Pro plan implies full acceptance of these Terms. Creating a free account constitutes acceptance of the conditions of use described below. We may update these Terms; active users are notified by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect.
4. Plans and pricing (VAT included)
The Service is offered under the following plans:
- Free — €0. Personal time tracking, recent history, full dashboard, IDE plugins.
- Pro monthly — €4 / month, no commitment. Includes client share links, CSV / JSON export, printable invoices, unlimited history, and early access to new features.
- Pro yearly — €40 / year, ≈€3.33/month (two months free).
Prices are displayed VAT-inclusive (TTC) and include French VAT (20%) where applicable. For customers established in another EU country, the local VAT rate is applied via the OSS scheme. Business customers with a valid EU VAT identification number benefit from the reverse-charge mechanism (0% VAT, "Reverse-charge" mention). Prices outside the EU may vary depending on local tax rules.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, a regulated payment service provider. Card details never transit through Inlinr's servers.
Subscriptions are charged in advance for the corresponding period (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand from the customer portal.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Settings → Pro plan → Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining time, but Pro access is preserved until that date.
Thibault Fayard reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of material breach (fraudulent use, attempts to circumvent plan limits, attacks on Service integrity).
7. Withdrawal right and immediate execution
In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right granted to consumers does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where execution has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and explicit waiver of the right of withdrawal.
By subscribing to a Pro plan, the consumer:
- expressly requests immediate execution of the Service, without waiting for the withdrawal period to expire;
- expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.
Business customers (B2B) do not benefit from the consumer withdrawal right.
8. Service availability
Thibault Fayard uses reasonably available means to ensure continuity of the Service. No absolute uptime guarantee is provided — interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond the publisher's control (hosting outage, attacks, force majeure).
In case of major unavailability (> 24 consecutive hours), the publisher will, on request, extend the paid subscription period by an equivalent duration.
9. Liability
Inlinr is provided "as is". The liability of Thibault Fayard shall not be engaged for indirect losses (loss of revenue, loss of data held under contract with third parties, lost profits). In any event, the publisher's total liability is capped at the amounts effectively paid by the user during the previous twelve months.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Inlinr never collects source-code lines — only file paths, languages, editors, and durations are stored to compute the statistics.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their performance or interpretation will be brought before the courts having jurisdiction over the publisher's registered office, subject to the public-policy rules applicable to consumers (who may seize the courts of their place of residence).
