Export app.plugin.js from package.json:exports so tools that resolve config plugins through Node's package exports, such as the config fallback in EAS CLI, find the config plugin again instead of failing with "Unable to resolve a valid config plugin".

Restored the ./plugin subpath export so typed config plugins can be imported from <package>/plugin again.

Force-bump all packages, due to migration to changesets.

[iOS] Anchored the browser popover on every regular-width display, not only iPad, so it presents correctly on iPhone Duo.

[iOS] Resolve the presenting window from the foregrounded scene instead of the deprecated UIApplication.keyWindow, so openBrowserAsync and openAuthSessionAsync keep working in apps that use the UIScene life cycle.

[Android] Fixed toolbarColor being applied as the secondary toolbar color, and being discarded entirely when secondaryToolbarColor was also set.

[iOS] Fixed a failed presentation leaving the module locked, with every later openBrowserAsync resolving { type: 'locked' } until dismissBrowser was called or the app restarted. The promise of the failed call now resolves instead of hanging.
