Release note

1.0 is a stability commitment, not a feature release. The API surface, the error result shape, and the error code registry are now covered by the semver guarantees in docs/STABILITY.md.

Two breaking changes, both small. Validator.prototype.toStandalone() and toStandaloneModule(), deprecated in 0.22.0, are removed; use the ata-validator/build functions instead, migration notes in docs/migration-to-1.0.md. And Node.js 20 or newer is now required.

Everything else, including the error shape, the /t builder, /compat, and the CLI, is unchanged from 0.22.
