three codegen optimizations from profiling.
skip redundant required checks: if a property has a type constraint, the type check already catches undefined. no need to check required separately. one fewer property access per required field.
defer additionalProperties: moved property count check to end of function. V8 optimizes type checks better when they run first without interruption.
boolean identity check: replaced typeof d === 'boolean' with d === true || d === false. avoids typeof operator overhead.
isValidObject: 142M -> 215M ops/sec
1.4x faster than typebox, 3.8x faster than ajv on boolean checks
