      Add a top-level annotation event with record.addAnnotation() and replayer.on('annotation', handler). Annotation data uses type: 'caption' or type: 'timelineMarker'. Import annotationData from @rrweb/types to type annotation data. The player can display these annotations as captions and interactive timeline markers.
