#2501 - engine-core: Fixed an unexpected breaking change introduced with v2.0.0-rc.0. After the babel plugin refactor (#2257) duplicated component public properties aren't treated in a similar fashion. Fixed this issue by reintroducing the old behavior. Note that the changes in #2257 actually fixed a bug and aligned LWC closer with the class fields specification but we reverted the behavior to avoid unplanned breaking changes. We plan to move forward with these changes in a future release.
