      client-dynamodb: This change supports the creation of multi-account global tables. It adds two new arguments to CreateTable, GlobalTableSourceArn and GlobalTableSettingsReplicationMode. DescribeTable is also updated to include information about GlobalTableSettingsReplicationMode.
