Adds the measurements that astro build --timings reports for Markdown processing and syntax highlighting.

Fix syntax highlighting for fenced code blocks when raw HTML is enabled.

Fixes satteriHeadingIdsPlugin sharing Slugger state across documents when reused as a user hast plugin, which caused headings with the same text in different posts to receive incorrect numeric suffixes

Fixes <script>/<style> rendering in MDX so that only literal content (including content injected by remark/rehype plugins) is treated as trusted markup. A dynamic value passed as a <script>/<style> child (e.g. <script>{value}</script>) is now escaped like any other element's content instead of being rendered raw. Use set:html to explicitly opt a dynamic value back into raw rendering.

Adds MDX rendering to the unified() and satteri() processors.

Both processors now compile .mdx files themselves. You still need to install @astrojs/mdx to add MDX support to your project.

Fixes Sätteri processor option types to accept all plugin entries supported by Sätteri v0.10.3.

Fixes the editor tooltip for smartPunctuation claiming it defaults to false when Astro enables it by default.

Updates Sätteri processor to v0.10.3. See its changelog for details on bugs fixed and features added.
