Invoicing with Qonto

If you bank with Qonto, inlinr works with it rather than beside it. Your Qonto clients and invoices come in, so time already billed there is not billed twice. An invoice priced from tracked time is created in Qonto, finalized under your own number, and sent as an e-invoice to a business in France.

Set it up

  1. In inlinr, open Invoicing → Invoices or Clients, choose Connect with Qonto and approve the access in Qonto.

  2. Import from Qonto brings in your clients and your invoices. A Qonto invoice's period counts as billed for its project.

  3. On an invoice draft, Create in Qonto makes it a Qonto invoice (Pro). Finalize in Qonto gives it your next number.

  4. To a business in France, Send as e-invoice on the invoice's page sends it through Qonto (Pro).

Questions about Qonto

Which invoices can be sent as e-invoices?

A finalized invoice to a business established in France, on Pro. When Qonto says the client cannot be reached on the network, inlinr does not send it and offers email instead. A send cannot be taken back, so inlinr asks first.

Do Qonto and inlinr keep one numbering?

They can. An invoice inlinr creates in Qonto always carries inlinr's next number, and Invoicing → Settings → Numbering can write your series the way Qonto writes its own, so the two counts stay one.

What happens when a client pays in Qonto?

Qonto tells inlinr, and the invoice shows as paid. One cancelled in Qonto frees the days it held, so they can be billed again.
