- Which files a teammate opened
- Keystrokes, screenshots, or idle detection
- Source code — it never leaves the machine
- Commit messages
- Anything at all outside your repositories
File-level history exists — on your own dashboard, for your own work. A manager cannot open it for someone else, and there is no setting that turns that on.
One repository, several people
Everyone tracks their own work; the team sees the repository total. No shared account, no per-project setup.
Leaving changes nothing
Totals stay correct for the period someone was on the team, and they keep their own history. Nothing is moved or deleted.
A tracker that stopped is visible
A silent tracker is usually a broken install. Managers see that it stopped — not what the person was doing instead.
Start with your own repositories
Free for solo use. Create a team when you have someone to add — you can set one up before anyone joins, and history attaches as members arrive.
