Quotes, an export of your invoices, and time billed elsewhere
Send a quote before the work, with the same VAT and mentions as your invoices, and mark it accepted or declined. Export every invoice you issued as PDFs and a spreadsheet, and tell Inlinr which periods you already billed with another tool.

NewQuotes, in Invoicing → Quotes: flat fees, days or hours at a rate, expenses and discounts, a validity date and a payment schedule. Sending one numbers it in its own series and freezes it; Revise starts a new version, and accepted or declined is marked with its date.
NewExport invoices: a ZIP with each invoice issued in Inlinr as a PDF and a CSV listing them all, for one year or every year. Deleting an account that issued invoices asks for it first, since French law keeps them 10 years.
NewBilled outside Inlinr, in a project's Invoicing settings: periods you invoiced by hand or with another tool leave every draft and what is left to bill.
ImprovedA project's rates and billed or not billed periods read as one list of dated steps, each from a date until the next.
ImprovedThe billing overview shows each project's last 12 months: billed, left to bill, not billed.
ImprovedYour IBAN is masked in Invoicing settings until you change it, and changing your bank details emails you a notice.
FixedInvoices created in Qonto carry short item titles, the invoice's language and your late-payment terms, and keeping them in sync no longer fails when Qonto is slow.
